Good anti-fatigue mat

Bought the anti-fatigue mat. It's comfortable. Arrived quickly. Does the job well. Happy with the purchase.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third purchase from Ergoflip, this time I got the height adjustable desk to go with my existing chair. As usual, the order process was smooth and shipping was fairly quick, arriving within a week. Their products have always been reliable for me. The desk feels solid and integrates well with the chair I already own. I've found their build quality to be very consistent across all my orders. The only thing is I wish they offered more color options for some of the accessories.

Good chair, solid support

I ordered the ErgoFlip Active Task Chair a few weeks ago after seeing some reviews about its posture benefits. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, though I found the product descriptions a little sparse on some technical specs. Delivery took exactly 5 business days to arrive in Perth, which was within their estimated window, but the box was a bit scuffed on one side. Assembly was surprisingly easy; all the parts were there, and the instructions were clear, taking me about 25 minutes. The chair itself feels very sturdy. The active seating mechanism took a day or two to get used to, but I've noticed a real difference in my core engagement by the end of the workday. Lumbar support is decent, though I still occasionally adjust it more than I'd like. Customer service responded to an email about tracking within a few hours, which was good.

Solid purchase, with a small snag

I got the ErgoFlip Active Task Chair and it's generally a very good product. The chair itself is well-built and the active seating really does encourage better posture throughout the day. Delivery was on time, and the packaging protected the chair well. My only minor complaint is that one of the armrests felt a bit loose after assembly, even after tightening all the screws. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something I noticed. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about adjustment tips. Overall, I feel it was good value for the price, especially compared to some pricier brands.

Good deal for a great chair

I was looking for a new ergonomic chair and found Ergoflip. I ended up getting the ErgoFlip Active Task Chair during a seasonal sale, which saved me a good chunk of money. The chair arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It feels much more robust than other chairs I considered in this price range. I did notice the instructions could have used slightly larger diagrams, but it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, I feel I got excellent value for what I paid.

Chair changed my work day

I can't believe the difference the ErgoFlip Active Task Chair made! I was skeptical about the whole 'active seating' thing, but my back pain is so much better. The chair arrived in 5 days, which was pretty fast considering I'm in rural NSW. It was easy enough to put together, nothing too complicated. I love how it makes me feel more engaged even when I'm just sitting. Seriously, my productivity has gone up, no joke. I'm telling everyone at work to check out Ergoflip. Will definitely be back for a standing desk soon!

Chair arrived quickly

Bought an ErgoFlip Active Task Chair. Shipping was fast. Assembly was simple. Chair is comfortable. No issues with the order. Happy with the purchase.

Monitor arm works, delivery slow

The monitor arm I ordered from Ergoflip is solid and holds my heavy monitor perfectly. Setup was straightforward, which was a relief. However, shipping took a bit longer than expected, took 8 days to reach Melbourne, and I had to chase up the tracking info. Once it got here, though, no complaints about the product itself. Price was fair for the quality.
